Full Service Design
This in-depth service is for those embarking on a new construction or remodel project who care deeply about living in a space they love to call home. Whether you are building your dream home, or need help unlocking hidden potential where you currently reside, we would be honored to take part in your journey to create a truly authentic and stunning space that reflects the rhythms of your everyday life and style. Each design proposal is customized to your specific needs; we offer architectural consulting, floor plan development, drawings and renderings, and will address every aesthetic element from fixtures to finishings to furnishings. We stay involved through the life cycle of your project, collaborating with your builder and trades for quality assurance as the designs are implemented. At project completion we will oversee furniture install and style out the space, adding those finishing touches that make your space shine.
Turn-Key Furnishing
Whether you are engaging us for a Full Service Design Project or looking to outfit a single room, you will receive our concierge level service as we furnish your space. In the design phase, we meticulously consider each element, from the furniture to the window coverings and every detail in between. Every design plan we craft considers both form and function, to make sure the space is not only high on style, but also highly functional for your lifestyle. When selections are finalized, we will place orders on your behalf and keep track of all of the logistics. Each and every item you order through BDCO will receive the white glove treatment by our third party climate controlled receiving warehouse who will inspect and safely store all items until install day. Upon arrival, we will bring it all to life onsite; we place all furnishings, oversee installation of artwork, and style out the space with accessories and decor that offer the final layer of finesse.
Designer For A Day
If you are looking to create a highly tailored and well considered space, but not quite ready to make an investment in one of our full service offerings, our Designer for a Day package is a great way to gain access to the expertise of our team at a lower threshold. Each Designer for a Day package starts with a 30 minute pre-onsite consultation with Lindsay to get to know you and your priorities for the space. From there we create a game plan to make the most of our time together. On the day of the consultation, we will dive right into recommendations and sourcing. This is an express service, set with the intention of creating a high level design plan that you can take and execute on your own with confidence knowing it has the professional stamp of approval! If after the session you wish to purchase any of the trade items discussed with Lindsay or book additional time with her, our team can assist in making those arrangements.
